Cancellation of o2 contract

Hi Everyone,

After giving a notice of termination, I contacted your customer service team on 14.09.2021.
After talking to them, I got an offer for the next 6months which I agreed to.
She said that I will receive a confirmation over my email within 24hours but there is no email yet (16.09.2021).
Can you please let me know who should I write this issue to?

a warm welcome again to our English Community. 

That´s really strange that you did not yet receive a confirmation. I just had a look. 

Okay, you will receive a confirmation letter by post. I guess that the letter will arrive within the next days. 

Just have a look then under the subheading “Rabatte” (discounts). 

But I already confirm to you that you received a discount of 5 € for the next 6 months. 

If you have further questions, just contact us here again.
