After giving a notice of termination, I contacted your customer service team on 14.09.2021.
After talking to them, I got an offer for the next 6months which I agreed to.
She said that I will receive a confirmation over my email within 24hours but there is no email yet (16.09.2021).
Can you please let me know who should I write this issue to?
