Purchase on the website


Hi, I made a purchase on the website of an electronic combo with contract.
I have the order number but I haven't received any mail about when it will be delivered.

Auftragsnummer lautet: WXXXXXX95.

I need a prompt response and that the order arrives as soon as possible. Thank you

If you have received a SIM card with a number, you have signed a new contract. Please check your documents for this. If this was not your intention, use the possibility of cancellation within fourteen days:

Have you already received further information from us?
If you have ordered a new iPhone, we can only give you the information that you can find in our iPhone collection amount.


The devices will be shipped from September 22nd on and as soon as they have been shipped you will receive a message from us.
We don't have any more information than that.

Hello, everything has arrived perfectly.
Now the problem is that I selected to continue the same phone number for the contract, however o2 sent me a simcard with a different number.
