Top up via bank transfer did not work


Hi,

on 12th April 2021, I tried the top-up by bank transfer. I sent a message to the O2 number and they sent me the account details and my personal reference. I immediately transferred 10 euros to the mentioned account along with the reference number. While the amount was debited from my bank account, the top-up has not happened yet. Please advice.
