Good Morning,
So, I received a new phone and contract but unfortunately there was no sim with the phone. I went online and was given the option to activate the sim. Thid did not work. I then called customer support and explained that I received no physical sim with my phone. I guess he thought it must have been an esim because he said he would activate it for me. On myO2, it says that the sim is activated and I must insert it into my phone. I would, but as said, I did not receive a sim. Do they come seperate to the phone? If so, roughly how long after? Any help would be greatly apprecieated. Also, if I try to activate the sim through the phone, it asks for a QR code, or a code given to me by the provider. I also have neither of these.
