Hi, I was studying in Germany and recently got back to Brazil.

I don't want to cancel my account, only my direct debit charge. But I'm not being able to login into my account.

You have a prepaid card or a postpaid contract?

Did you already register your prepaid card at Mein o2?



Follow this link: https://login.o2online.de/auth/login

Click on "Jetzt registrieren"

Select "Ich bin Mobilfunk-Kunde" and click on "Weiter" to continue

Now enter your o2 Prepaid phone number and click on "Abschicken"

You will get a SMS with a temporary password

Enter the temporary password and two times a password you like to use.

Your registration is now complete.

(You can not delete your bank account details. If you like, a moderator -who has a o2 logo behind his nick- can remove your bank account details)



Remember: You must recharge your credit at least every 6 months. Otherwise your prepaid card will deactivated!
