This is in response to your reply to my first letter written to you.
I am not sure if I have been so much harsh to anyone except when I am communicating with O2 people. I have valid reason for that but I believe you do not give it a shit. Look, I attach you a photocopy of what your representative wrote about the package when he sold it to me two years ago. It does not mention any where about selling me two contracts and total cost mentioned is around 25 euro per month.
But the second sim (xxxxxxx) for which you have been taking 7.50 per month for two years, is not legal. Please read it and try to be nice and honest. I ask you one thing: do you think it is a mistake/cheating on your part that you have been charging me for something which you did not tell me while selling sims. I want an answer in yes or no. Please do not give me any bullshit. I am very much tired of you people. You are shamelessly greedy and stubborn which is quite contrary to local norms. I am disappointed. So, no bullshit, just tell me whether it is a mistake on your part or my part.
Please note that I went to the shop on third day to cancel this contract, but they did not listen to me. Actually they never listen to you if something is not in their favor.
I am saying it time, do you think at it is your mistake or your representative intentionally cheated (as they are trained to do so) and please, writes answer in short. Don,t write any garbage and irrelevant info. Stick to point and write if you think it is fair or not. Only yes or no.
By the way, thanks for terminating both of sim cards. It is quite a relief.

Of course, it is not our goal to cheat our customers and it is also not such a kind of strategy in our shops. I regret if there was a misunderstanding.
Please be aware of the fact that you do not have a withdrawal period of 14 days, if you buy a contract in one of our shops.
Nevertheless, it is nice that our complaint department already found a solution for you and terminated the contract that you never agreed on.
Please understand that after more than 2 years it is not possible for us to offer you a discount for the charged invoices.
I hope that you understand our standpoint and that everything is fine now for you.

Let me tell you 4th time.
I have been charged for a contract which I did not sign. I have been charged 7.5 euros monthly (for 2 years) for sim 0176 22 340 770( so called friends and family karte) which was supposed to be chargeless and I DID NOT buy that bloody contract. It is your representative who misused SEPA mandate to charge me for something which he did not mention neither it is written written. Proof has already been sent to you Nurmeberg office. Why he did that . I assume to show his "more sales", I guess.
I am sick of this thing. I have been telling you the mistake you made. But you dont seem to care about it since it is not your problem. Is there any one with an iota of common sense in your people.
I regret the moment when I purchased your contract.

At the beginning of November our shop complaint department already checked everything and have sent you a written answer (see letter dated 2nd November 2018).
There is nothing that I can do additionally to that.
I regret that I cannot find a satisfying solution for you in this case.

Exactly this is what I am talking. Your complaint deptrment sucks. They never answered me the question which I asked in letter.
They mention other bullshit which is not relevant. I want to know whether it was a cheating or not. It is a thing for which I can legally argue.

Then you should do that. If you believe you are in the right and wish to pursue a claim against o2 you can obtain legal advice from a lawyer.
