Hello out there,

I registered myself as DSL customer on the o2 app and on the portal as well. I am also a MyHandy customer. I would like to have an overview of my account as MyHandy customer but it won't let me register. It always redirects me to my DSL account.

Kindly help me out.

you´ll need to register the MyHandy-account here:

https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/registrieren/my-handy

You will need the “Vertragsnummer” from the contract, maybe a different mail adress as well.

Please try a different browser or a private tab, to prevent the safed data from interrupting with the process

 

If that does not work, please post a screenshot without personal data of the displayed error.
