You charged me more than should be


Hello. Yesterday you charged me €85.95 instead of €26 per month. Im now in my home country for holidays and i accidentally plugged into roaming maybe i have no idea because the message was in German and I don’t understand. Please whatever this package is, cancel it and get me back to my usual package “unlimited internet” for €26. I attached the confirmation of charge. +49 XXXXXXXXX here my phone number. I also emailed you but no one replied. Thank you and waiting for your response asap.

It's great that you're checking in with us.

Currently, it sounds to me as if the cost protection has taken effect for you. For non-EU countries, the Internet is capped at a certain amount. 

Please check your bill for this. You can find it in "My o2". 

Alternatively, you can also use the contact form as suggested by Vilureef and formulate your request there once again.
