where is my Guthaben

hi all. i have a question regarding my payment for my ipad. there is an email from o2 that said :

i have paid and received my ipad, but why is the first month bill still credited from my bank account instead of the 195,00€ Guthaben i have paid? in the email says that my monthly bill will credited from the Guthaben till the credit is insufficient to pay the bill.

@o2_Manga i just installed mein o2 to check the bill, and the amount debited is for Anschlusspreis… silly me, i should have done that first before posting here. thank you for your reply.

    Where did you get the information from we are debiting the first installment right now?

    It is correct, as long there is a benefit in your account we won’t debit anything. Did you confound the amount with your mobile contract?
