Have you looked at the available tarifs on the website? You can simply order online without needing to speak to anybody. You can then get support to set things up in English here if you need it.

Yes, of course I did, and close to choose one of the Tarifs called O2 Free Unlimited Smart Flex without contracts for 45€ and this is pretty much good price on the monthly basis… But I have some concerns with eSim, I don’t see anywhere that option…
And the bigger problem is, that I actually to this day don’t know how this eSim thing functions, all I know that I need because it seems perfect for my needs, since I started to work in Germany but I still live outside of it, so I need both numbers at the same time...

I have another question, is it possible to order a SIM card, with postpaid tariff if I don’t have an address in Germany? I only work here with the temporary accommodation, not the permanent one.

I am sorry, in this case its not possible to order an o2 Contract.

You need a german address where we can sent the Simcard to or for delivering important papers for example.
