unable to receive calls


Hi,

Although I have full network coverage, I am unable to receive calls. The call is immediately terminated when someone tries to reach me and I do not receive any kind of notification. The same happens with the same SIM card on a different phone, therefore, it must be a problem with o2. Furthermore, it is possible to do phone calls, but instead of my number it shows unknown.

Is there some way to fix this? thanks

Can you please tell me more? Did you hear anything, is there a dialtone or did a voice say anything? What settings do you have in your smartphone for the calls?

sorry I missed your message.

the problem receiving calls was fixed somehow.

however, when calling someone my number still shows unknown although in my iPhone settings the option “Show My Caller ID” is enabled.

in the settings → phone app → my number, is there your phone number displayed?
