Tracking shipping SIM Card

Greetings all,

 

I am waiting for my SIM card since last Friday and still not news from it. It was suppose to arrive in 2 working days. Is there a way to track the shipping? How long do I need to wait to get it?

    Now they sent me an email saying to please active my SIM card… Where is it? How I am suppose to do that? Its been a whole week now.
