Hello,

I have purchased o2 One Unlimited service 2 days ago. While purchasing, they’ve said that the card will be activated in 15 mins or so. However my card is still not activated after two days. I have revisited the shop, and called the English hotline several times but it is still not solved; they’ve mentioned about a technical problem which should've been solved by now.

When I try to activate it over the web or mein o2 app, it says “Die SIM-Aktivierung ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie unsere Kunden-Hotline” but as I have mentioned above, it didn’t solve any issue.

Who can help me on this? How can we solve it?

a SIM card activation usually can take up to 24 hours. Could the error you mentioned be fixed in the meantime or do you need further support from us?

After several days, I went back to the shop and they’ve said that they cannot solve it. So they’ve told me that they have cancelled my purchase for o2 One Unlimited service (and I have purchased a prepaid card from o2 and home internet from somewhere else).

The shop staff told me that I may still see the process as open on this account for several more days but it is definitely cancelled. This was last Friday, and I can see everything as waiting approval stage; just like the first day. So, I’m a bit concerned right now whether they have managed to cancel it or not.

How can we make sure that my purchase is cancelled?

did you conclude the contract in the shop?
Then unfortunately only the shop can order a deactivation. I currently see a ticket that there are problems with the activation and that this error should be repaired. This has not yet happened but is in progress. I don't see an order to deactivate the entire contract.
