North-Macedonia belongs to the Worldzone 3. In most roaming options data usage when you are outside of the EU is by default turned off. You can use the Data Pack World(50 MB for 4,99€) if you absolutely need to use some mobile data. If you have any further questions please let us know.

In the end, I managed to get network bar with manual selection of a service provider. However, I’m not able to receive SMS messages from 2FA verification code. I do not need Data Pack World for now. But I would love to be able to receive SMS and calls if possible. Is there any limitation?

Hello @Stepcellwolf,  i am very sory that there is an issue with sms. But there is no limitation for sms.

No, the only way to solve the problem was to contact special numbers that was I able to get only from the shop and go through several tiers and to finally resolve the issue. And the issue was that my new e-sim card was not registered by your service provider to receive an sms. ‍♂️
