Dear O2 support team,

I’ve been long time your pre-paid customer. 

I am a subscriber for the o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XL, but this month I traveled and I won’t be using it so I immediately canceled it after it got re-newed, this happened  in 09/01/2023 to be exact.

Can you please help me with requesting the refund for the canceled pack?

You need to cancel it before it gets renewed. The cancellation applies for the next renewal date.


but I haven't used the internet at all, can't I refund the canceled one?
