Hello @saar ,
thanks for messaging us here in our community for the first time, welcome
The day flat is part of the prepaid contract. Everytime when you haven´t book an internet package and your device produces data traffic.
This traffic could result from active internet using, but even by using LTE, 5G, automatic updates of software, using widges like wether fore cast….
My recommendation is to block the data services, or to use a small data package. If you need further assistance, please inform us
best regards

In reputed companies, there is particularly a service called balance saver. which you can enable to avoid unexpected 1 euro deduction whenever company likes. So instead of finding which apps are using data, you better tell the solution how we can avoid this unexpected deduction.
Hey @ranaomair80,
welcome to the o2 Community
Can you tell us what you want to tell us with this information?
Greetings,
Flo
I wanted to say, instead of deducting money without informing customer, O2 should provide service save your balance. Where until you subscribe for internet there should not be auto deduction of 1 Euro for 32Mb of data.
I do not wanted to do this. By getting fedup from such deduction, I am thinking to move Aldi talk network. If you are failed to provide any solution. Is it clear or should I explain little bit more the problem??
Dear @ranaomair80 ,
as mentioned above, the pack only activate when data is used, so you can avoid activating when you don’t use any data.
Turn off the mobile data and prohibit the apps on the mobile phone from using the internet. Flight mode can also help you.
Of course, you can also simply book an appropriate pack and then use the internet.
Kind regards,
Andrea
