Refund for the cancelled option

On Friday I received my new sim and refilled it with the needed amount (eur 15). However I've made a mistake and booked the wrong option - Allnet flat instead of O2 my prepaid M (due to the same price).

I managed to cancel the wrong option within few minutes, but never received the money back.

Therefore now, any time I try to book the right package, I keep on receiving "insufficient funds" message.

Could you assist me on this refund and make the my prepaid M option bookable?

The Hotline I called was absolutely not helpful with that :(

I was just about to check up on you, but I see that you've already been in touch with the hotline. You have already been booked on o2 My Prepaid M and the costs for the incorrectly booked pack have been refunded. Does everything fit now?

I was just about to check up on you, but I see that you've already been in touch with the hotline. You have already been booked on o2 My Prepaid M and the costs for the incorrectly booked pack have been refunded. Does everything fit now?
