Questions regarding cancellation


I have ordered a device with contract last week and it was mentioned it will be delivered soon... until now I have received nothing. Nobody answers me about this. I want to cancel this contract. How long does it take to be canceled?? Also the website has error

welcome to the o2 Community.

If you don’t want the contract and hardware anymore you can send in your wish for cancellation via post or email it to widerruf@cc.o2online.de. Once we have received your cancellation, a confirmation will be send to you for this, the actual process afterwards takes about a week to complete.

What is the error that you found and where is it on the website?

Hello. I have received the device yesterday and I do not want to cancel. But I have not received sim kart yet. When I ant to logging to my o2 it has errors

Hello @Niliabi  thank you for your respond. The sim card will be sent separately. You should have received the card by now, can you confirm this?
If not, which tarifplan have you choosen?
