Hi, whenever i wanna see my bills there is no chance and they put right back from where i started!!

So my card Sim is off today and i wanna pay online please is there any chance for your help ?

let’s see, if I got you right. To me, it looks like you have a Prepaid-SIM. If so, then go to a next discounter like Aldi or Lidl and get a O2-voucher for at least 15 €. You will get a bill with 16 digits long code you have to enter in your Handy. Therefore dial

*103*your code# and press the green button.

What do you mean they (who?) put you back to where you started? How do you "wanna" (sic) pay online and for what exactly?
