I'm a sim-card user of o2 as you see, last month i called o2 service to terminate my sim card. The staff told me this will end in early April or the end of Mar.. But I found that my bank is still automatically deducted by SIM card fee. I wanted use mein o2 to check what happened to this, but i cant log in with my old account and password, they said i log in with a wrong password too many times and block my account. Now i'm in china and cant do anything with auto-deducting and most importantly, no sim card signal to receive message, how can i contant with staff to ask what happened to my ex-sim-card? Is it successfully terminated? Then why did it still cost? I wont use this anymore, i just get my money back.
