purchase tarif not possible

Hi,

 

 I was using O2 tariff the anniversary package 15GB for 14.99. It was supposed to be renewed today but in the app it says it will be cancelled. I want to keep using it. How do I do that?

welcome in our community. 🎄

On November 5th the o2 My Prepaid M was extended and then unsubscribed because of ordering a diffrent pack on November 24th. Therefore on December 3rd the o2 My prepaid M was deactivated. It is not possble to revoke the birthday pack. I am sorry.
