I ordered a replacement sim card on 2.06.2020 as my old one’s stolen. It is almost a week since I ordered and till now I didn’t receive it. I am in real urgency and I request @O2 to look into this.
It is really weird that O2 doesn’t provide additional Address field to enter a WG number or a floor number. A tracking feature will be really helpful for a sim card delivery. If I have no sim, how can I contact customer service for concerns, as you provide only calling service. Pretty old system of functioning to serve customers with technology by not using it.
I am expecting a reply the earliest……..
