Prepaid SIM M package still issues


I would like to notify that the issue I read online where the Prepaid SIM cannot connect to the server because of insufficient balance even though the SIM was purchased making the full payment for 6.5GB data , has affected myself as well. I bought the SIM card two weeks ago and for about 3 days I could not connect to internet. AS no one speaks English nor in the stores nor online, I found a friend to help me and we found that the balance on the SIM was 8Euro instead of 15Euro. We went to the O2 store in person, and the clerk verified that the balance was not enough to use the data. The SIM card was purchased in a Marktkauf store. The clerk said it is not O2 responsibility to solve the issue but it is of the Marktkauf store, which is ridiculous given the fact that the cards are O2 cards. So, as I was in need of a German number I made another 15 euro payment. This, in my country qualifies as FRAUD. As I was not able to reach anyone by phone or email or chat that can speak English I would like to know if my case (2022 September case, these SIM are still around) can be solved by someone at O2. In the case of no answer I will consider to send the case to the German consumer association, for the protection of consumers rights. Thanks for understanding

On June 10th 2020 15 euros were charged.

You had some chargeable calls. The amount for these calls is about a little more than 10 euros. Together with the remaining just over 4 euros, this gives you a starting credit of 15 euros. How it should be.

Your starting balance was correct at 15 euros. You have already used some of it for the chargeable calls. Your top-up of 15 euros was used for the o2 My Prepaid m Pack.

I do not know what are you referring to. “On June 10th 2020 15 euros were charged. ???” I just moved to Germany and certainly never lived in Germany before. My first time purchasing O2 preiad card is exactly 13 September 2022 as I said. I purchased the card attached for 15EURO. No calls were made for 8 euro cost at the moment of the purchase not for all the days I was unable to connect (but for a call to a German vodaphone cell phone, my friend). Please explain now what are you referring to and how it is possible that my number was use in 2020! 

I lost 15 EURO istantly at the moment of purchase and I had to pay other 15Euro to be able to use the SIM Data, your clerk at the O2 store said this was a fault of the supermarket where I bought the card and this is ridiculous. It is a O2 card, your card and now i see there is more behind this whole business.

Another issue.

The purchase was made for 15EURO 15 GB, at the moment i opened the package there was “jetz 6.5GB”, this is already wrong. As i had opened the package I could not returned it. This card is a 2022 SIM card. NOT 2020!!

Please explain the above. My credit should be extended for 28 days as I spent 30 EURO in total to make this card work.

please excuse the confusion, the card was initially charged with the 15 EUR in 2020 already. I have topped it up with another 15 EUR now so you can use it with the flatrate for another month.
