Prepaid SIM card delivery


I ordered a prepaid SIM card with my number portability last week and received an email confirming my order and letting me know that I would receive the card in 2-3 days. It's been a week and it still hasn't arrived. There is no tracking number and there is nothing I can do to check the status of the order. I went in person to a store and they said support would be online only. Today I received a text message saying that porting my number would only be possible if I activated my new SIM, but how? I don't even know if it's on its way, or if there was an error/issue, nothing. Please could you help me?

Unfortunately we have no shipment tracking for prepaid SIM cards as the are usually sent by standard letter only. If it didn’t arrive by now it may have gotten lost in the mail.

If you order another Prepaid SIM, please make sure that your personal data (name, adress etc.) is correct and matching with your mailbox.
