I ordered a prepaid SIM card with my number portability last week and received an email confirming my order and letting me know that I would receive the card in 2-3 days. It's been a week and it still hasn't arrived. There is no tracking number and there is nothing I can do to check the status of the order. I went in person to a store and they said support would be online only. Today I received a text message saying that porting my number would only be possible if I activated my new SIM, but how? I don't even know if it's on its way, or if there was an error/issue, nothing. Please could you help me?
