Dear O2,
I had activated my pre-paid in a O2 Shop, according to the documentation, around 24 hours later, an email must be sent with the confirmation of the registration of the SIM card to my email inbox. However, this has never happened. On the other side, once I want to activate the SIM card, it is said that is active, but I have no internet data.
Can anyone help me?
