Prepaid Card registration email not received

Dear O2,

I had activated my pre-paid in a O2 Shop, according to the documentation, around 24 hours later, an email must be sent with the confirmation of the registration of the SIM card to my email inbox. However, this has never happened. On the other side, once I want to activate the SIM card, it is said that is active, but I have no internet data.

 

Can anyone help me?

@drjitc : Go back to the o2 Shop.

They should check the registration again.

Hello @drjitc, welcome to our o2 community :-)

As fasr as I know before a prepaid SIM card can be activated some registration and legitimation has to be done, with either by Video or by Post Ident.

Did you maybe already recieve further information via email? Please also have a look in your SPAM folder just to make sure that no information was falsely marked as unwanted mail.
