I recently ported my O2 prepaid number of 3+ years to a new contract within O2. I had a balance of about €10 in the prepaid. How can I get the money back now that porting is already done. Would like to get a quick reply so I can process quicker. Thank you.

The credit will be automatically transferred to your new contract after a while.
Get back here when the credit appears on your bill so that it can later be used for your monthly basic fee.

tearsbeforecrying has already given you the correct tip that the credit from an o2 Loop prepaid card is automatically transferred when a number is ported to an o2 contract. This may take a few days of processing time.
