I am new to O2 and would like to port my old number to O2. I am a prepaid customer and have no contract. I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

thanks for your patience. 

We have found out that the discount for “100 € Wechselbonus” (100 € import-bonus) was missing. Therefore, I have now included the discount in your tariff.

Hi Tobias, 

Sorry for writing you again. I have received a confirmation email of the new 4,99 monthly cost. Thank you.

I just received a bill for the next month and the mistake has still not been corrected. It says my next bill is due on 9.12.2021 and I will be charged 49,77. Please make sure that the new cost reflects the 4,99 per month bill. 

Also, even though it says I will now pay 4,99 in the new email. I still see a “Tariif” of 19,199. Please correct  or explain what this means.

The 19,99 € is only your standard-fee, what is valid and what is also in our system is the following: 

Until now you have already received two refunds (05.11. and 01.12.). 

I will now give you further refunds to correct your bills. 

You will see these refunds on your next bill.

 I hoped that I will not have to vist this chat again but after 6 months of quite o2 has unfortunately struck again and I am completely livid and at a loss. If you recall, after two months of battle and stress  it was clarigfied that my contract was indeed  4,99 €  after I ported my number and i was to receive a  welcome bonus which made this possible. This was all cleared and I have SMS and email proofs. Well o2 started charging me weirdly again from last month I have just noticed. They deducted 11,44€ last month and are due in a few days to deduct 13,45€. I’m not sure what in the world is going on, but if you could please stop this from going on any further  once and for all I will appreciate it. The amount of stress  o2 is giving me  for this 4,99€ contract is unhealthy. Thank you.

Well o2 started charging me weirdly again from last month I have just noticed. They deducted 11,44€ last month and are due in a few days to deduct 13,45€.

I’m not sure what in the world is going on, but if you could please stop this from going on any further  once and for all I will appreciate it

I can tell you what happend 😄 You called serval times foreign phone numbers and you texted a lot to premium numbers (voting and stuff like that) 

that is the reason we charged you more than the usual 4,99 per month.
