phone calls to renew my contract

Hello, I went into a local store here and was told with my internet, even after being done with my contract my phone price will remain the same. You’ve been blowing up my phone trying to make me resign the contract which I don’t want with threats of disconnecting my phones and or taking my combo discount away. I was told neither of these things would happen, and I need some clarification. Thanks. Crystal

Hello @Cryanken, the end of your contract for one of your two o2 Free Unlimited Max tariffs was already on November 12th, 2022. This will now be extended by one month each month until you cancel it. It is not apparent to me that discounts will no longer apply to you as long as you do not cancel a tariff yourself.The end of your contract for one of your two o2 Free Unlimited Max tariffs was already on November 12th, 2022.
