Hi @JS-87, 😊

if you go to Tarif & SIM-Karte on the left in Mein o2, you will find the active options.

There you can cancel your speed option by clicking "Änderung" and "Ersetzen durch".

Best regards

Steffen

How do I get my money back? My child used my phone (o2 pay) to buy Apple products over €100

How was your child able to do that? You are responsible for securing your phone against unauthorised use.

You would need to contact Apple and explain the situation. A (partial) refund might be possible.

It’s not your duty to question my parenting. I am asking because it was used through an o2 bill billing method whether it’s refunded through o2 or Apple. I have also contacted Apple

I am not questioning your parenting! How you bring up your children has nothing at all to do with this issue.

You mentioned it was your child who made the purchases, but it could equally have been a friend, a colleague, or anyone else. As you used the word duty, it is your duty to ensure that nobody can use your phone. That is the point I was making.

If Apple agrees to the refund it will be credited back through o2 if that was the payment method used.

You don’t understand, and I’m okay with that 😊

Hopefully next time I’ll be able to talk to someone with a higher level of English.

@JS-87 thank you for writting here in our community where customer are helping each other.
Everyone is trying to help and bs0 is an higly recommended user and i appreciate his work within the community.

If your child or someone else ordered some services about your phone at the applestore, apple should be the company to talk to in the first way.
I advise you to block third parties, so further orders wll not be possible. The link leads to an older thread, but the links within this thread are still up to date.

If you have any further requests, you´re welcome.

kindly regards
Michael
