Payment of my O2 Handy Contract

Hi everyone, 

Last year, my friend bought me one O2 handy contract (device + Mobile connection) when I moved to Berlin. 

After sometime, I got it (Mobile connection) transferred to my name. But still, my friend is getting a debit for the device. 

So, I have a question: How can I transfer the device payments to me, or Can I pay it once and clear all the easy installments? 

Any suggestions on how to proceed with that?

welcome to our community. 🍄

As @Vilureef  already wrote, the My Handy plan cannot be transferred. However, it is possible to change the IBAN for the direct debit or, as already mentioned, to pay off the mobile phone early. This can be ordered in the My o2 app, for which you or your friend must register with the contract number.

Unfortunately, transferring my phone doesn't work. But you can pay it off early. 

It's best for your friend to do it.
