Payment day

Hello, I’m confused about the day I should top up my pre paid because it should be on every 20th of the month but on my consumption check field it shows is valid until the 14th.

I would like to be every 20th of the month, the day I signed the contract and got the number. How can I do that?

Hi, @Luany Brito

you can change the pay-day with using the customer service but you must know that you have to pay for the changing.

But last month it was charged on the 20th. But now it’s showing that my account balance is valid until the 14th. That’s why I’m not understanding. I’m not sure which day they are gonna charge now

It’s prepaid?

There is no need to charge every month. Or did you activate a prepaid-pack for data/calls etc.? Please note that the packs renew every 4 weeks (28 days) and not every month.

Can you upload a screenshot of this area here?
You can find the page in Mein o2 here: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/automatische-aufladung

it is prepaid but is a pack so every month I need to charge. But if it’s charged on the 14th is not gonna be 28 days.

Ok, you don`t use “automatic top-up”

Go to this page in Mein o2: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/uebersicht

Click on “Übersicht der letzten 6 Monate” and a window will pop-up

Please upload a screenshot of this window too.

The o2 my Prepaid L has a term of 28 days (only 4 weeks not a whole month / 30 days) and  started on December 20th and ended on January 16th and should not ended on January 18th.

If the pack was renewed on 18/1, then the 28th day of the term is 14/1. Therefore, it is correct that the current pack ends on 14/1.
