Hello,

I am using prepaid card and recently recharged with O2 my prepaid S. However, I am unable to make any outgoing call. 

Please help.

Sorry for my late reply. Has your issue been solved in the meantime? If not, is everything else working, i.e. internet, incoming calls? Please also try restarting your mobile phone.
