I just finished paying a cell-phone that I purchased with an o2 contract.
I would like to buy a new phone, but keep the existing contract. Would it be possible to do it online, or do I need to go to a physical o2 store?
PS: I just posted the same question on the forum in German, but just now noticed that I have the chance to ask in English. Due to my very limited German, I’m re-posting it in English. Sorry for the duplicated question.
