I have ordered O2 My Home M for new customer 2 weeks ago and I have received the E-Mail that said "den Auftrag ist bestätigt". However, it's since 2 weeks I haven't received any news about my order. The order is still not be sent, and I also don't receive any number other than Auftragsnummer. I went to a store the other day and they told me they couldn't help me checking the status of my order and I have to call for Bestellung Service. I tried to call but they want a valid o2 Number and I certainly don't have a O2 SIM. When I tried to track my order with Bestellungsstatus, I put my Auftragsnummer in and it said the number that I gave is not correct.
I am now frustrated because my contract with the old company will end in this week and I still don't have any update on my order.
