Hello everyone,

I have ordered O2 My Home M for new customer 2 weeks ago and I have received the E-Mail that said "den Auftrag ist bestätigt". However, it's since 2 weeks I haven't received any news about my order. The order is still not be sent, and I also don't receive any number other than Auftragsnummer. I went to a store the other day and they told me they couldn't help me checking the status of my order and I have to call for Bestellung Service. I tried to call but they want a valid o2 Number and I certainly don't have a O2 SIM. When I tried to track my order with Bestellungsstatus, I put my Auftragsnummer in and it said the number that I gave is not correct.

I am now frustrated because my contract with the old company will end in this week and I still don't have any update on my order.

Hallo liebe Leute,

seit 2 Wochen habe ich O2 My Home bestellt und bis jetzt habe ich gar nicht bekommen. Ich habe eine Email über Auftragsbestätigung bekommen und in der Email habe ich einen Auftragsnummer bekommen. Das Problem ist, wenn ich diesen Nummer in Bestellungsstatus eingetragen, wurde meine Bestellung nicht gefunden (es sagte, dass meinen eingetragene Nummer falsch ist). Ich war in einen O2 Shop und über meine Situation gesprochen, aber leider konnte niemand mir helfen, um meine Bestellungsstatus anzugucken.

Wie soll ich jetzt machen?

I regret that you have not yet received any notice.

thanks for all the details under @o2_Support

I regret that you did not yet receive a sim-card and an o2 HomeSpot. 

I just see that the o2 HomeSpot was sent to the DHL-shop in Braunschweig, but as you did not pick it up within 7 days, it was automatically sent again to us. 

As you ordered it in one of our shops, please contact the shop again to clarify the matter. 

I have no possibility to order the o2 HomeSpot again for you.
