Dear O2, 

I never ordered and never used O2 musik paket.

But i found you started to charge me from 30.10.2021.

I want to cancel this paket. And how can i get my money back?

I regret that the o2 music-package was charged without your wish. Please be aware that this package has to be confirmed by SMS and you receive also a confirmation after the subscription.

But i think the charge should be given back to me!

Nice that you already could cancel the subscription. I have now given a credit for your prepaid-card.
