Hi. I’ve been using the O2 internet to go plan for half a year now and without issues recently. Yesterday my monthly flat rate plan ended and I opted in for a new one as I usually do each month, but afterwards I haven’t got any internet connection. My SIM is activated. I’ve tried inserting the same SIM card into my phones but there’s still no data. The download speed stays at near 0 kb/s despite there being signal to the O2 network. Has anybody encountered this before and knows how to fix this? Thanks!
