Internet display on my O2 hòmespot is not turned on. I tried restarting the o2 homespot but still no internet connevtion. My phone says it is connected but no internet. How do i troubleahoot this? What are the possible causes?

What about your mobile? Did u use the homespot sim in your mobile?
