O2 homespot, can't connect to LTE network

Hello support,

Two weeks ago, my O2 homespot stopped working randomly. I’m unable to connect to the Wilkommen LTE network but I am able to connect to the Wilkommen 2G network. Unfortunately this is not providing any 4G/5G mobile data.

I’ve tried different routes and phones to see if its related to a phone or a router but i was unable to get any 4G/5G on any device.

I’ve called the English hotline a few times and they tried to restart the service and also investigated for 24 hours without any positive outcome. Due to being unable to register on the LTE network, this is most likely an issue from your side and not on my side. as the device i was using used to work perfectly 3 weeks ago.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi  @ahg ,

our homespot tariffs are locked to a specific location. You`ve written that you`ve taken different routes: Routes like being on the road? Since your tariff is location bound, a barring will kick in after a certain amount of time. I`ve reset the location system, you connection at your given usage address should now working again. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Best regards,
Kurt
