Not receiving SMS on new SIM card after upgrading


Hi everyone,

 

I am experiencing an issue where I upgraded my contract in the middle of December to an increased tariff package, activated the SIM card but have not received any SMS’s since December the 18th even though I am using the same number as previously. Please could someone help me in understanding the process of activating SMS’s on a new sim card with the same number.
All other features are working fine, it is only SMS’s

Please consider this query closed as. 

After going through the mobile-app I was able to find it in the settings for the multi sim options. It was as simple as changing which gerat(device) is the primary for SMS and MMS receiving.
