Good afternoon everyone,
I received my handset today with the included sim-card and confirmation email that my tarif plan is initiated but when I attempt to activate the sim-card I receive no SMS containing my phone number and password necessary to register. I have attempted to activate the sim-card five times already but still have no SMS even after requesting a new activation code be sent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
