Not receiving activation SMS on brand new sim card


Good afternoon everyone,

 

I received my handset today with the included sim-card and confirmation email that my tarif plan is initiated but when I attempt to activate the sim-card I receive no SMS containing my phone number and password necessary to register. I have attempted to activate the sim-card five times already but still have no SMS even after requesting a new activation code be sent. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you got the SMS info with your mobile number right after your post. The SIM has been activated. If you have further questions feel free to leave us a message here. :blush:
