Evening,

I am trying to set up an account with “My Handy” but I cannot find any documentation anywhere regarding the “Auftagsnummer” - I believe the email I got over a year ago has been lost to the ether. Can someone help me? I can provide all details to the signee, just need the number to get it signed up with My Handy.

You need your contract number. You can find this on the invoice for the device.

Once again I have nothing. No documentation. Zero. Absolutely nothing.

My wife transferred the contract over to me, but in doing so - access to the account with all the invoices in was lost as the email to sign up a new customer used the same email address as the previous account.

Considering I had also called the hotline to speak to an advisor, who told me to just “Sign up with My Handy” as opposed to offering any real help since it was close to finishing time, I’m kind of annoyed. I just want to see what and how much is left to pay on this phone.

The contract I have on my account, and accessible. But the phone payments need to be set up for my wife to see how many payments are pending. See my problem?


Anyone from o2 even checking the forums here?

You are registered here with a cell phone number. If I understand correctly, it's not about this one? (please do not mention any personal data here). 

Which account do the payments for the myHandy contract come from? There should be a number listed there. You can send me this number by private message to @o2_Support

Do you have the corresponding four-digit customer code?

Hi Flo, it’s been a while since I’ve checked the forum - life kind of got in the way.

In regards to all of the above information, I have searched high and low for any kind of letter, email etc from o2 regarding the original details but it would appear the documentation is no longer here.

It should be possible to find via email address & home address, I can even provide original banking details for the old account?…
