my phone has no mobile data


Hi

I bought the prepaid 5.5 giga sim card but I have next to no mobile data. I turned roaming on and off, changed the preferred network type to 3g but nothing helped. I have two friends who bought the same sim and theirs works fine. 

Please help,

Our o2 my service app can support you with connection problems

You can switch to english language after installing the app. 

 Maybe you can try that before we take any further steps.
