Mistakenly Cancelation of an unused prepaid data pack

Hello,

I bought a data pack o2 prepaid M for 17,99€ and mistakenly canceled the package after a few seconds without using it. Now I know I can’t use the data package so could you please help me get a refund? Thank you.
