Living Abroad and Early Contract Termination

Hi there, 

I am currently living in the UK and wish to apply for an early contract termination for my existing German number. I have terminated the contract via email, at the time of cancellation your English speaking customer service line was was not in operation. Can you please send me the forms to do this?

    Aside from the points that bs0 has already mentioned, you can also use the online cancellation form, just make sure that you include all the necessary documents as they are listed on the PDF for moving abroad.
