Hello. This is SunflowerCat-25.

On August 29th, my iPhone SE2 was stolen, and my SIM card was also stolen at the same time.
We contacted O2 Prepaid Hotline about this problem. Then, a charged person of O2 Prepaid Hotline asked me to write the O2 form 'Prepaid – Besitzerwechsel' and send it to the the following address:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
O2 Prepaid Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

 

However, even though I sent the O2 form to the address above no less than twice, the both seems to have not been delivered to the address.  Is the address above really correct?  I think it is wrong or changed.  Please answer this question within today.

Actually, my stolen SIM card is a Prepaid SIM card.  

 

Furthermore, I contacted @o2_Support many times, but there is no answer.  

Why don’t they answer my messages?
