My invoice is higher than expected even tho at the beginning of the month I went to a O2 shop to update my contract, after 2 years.The customer service representative shared different products and discounts ,  went from Grow to Boost M and he informed me that my new invoice should be of 38 euros, instead the amount is 49,38...which is more than i paid in the last 2 years.  How can this be possible?

my colleague Kathi already told you in August that we couldn't offer you a more favourable contract. 
You currently have a contract with a €10 discount. If we switch to a lower tariff now, it will still be more expensive per month than it is now.
This is because our tariffs have become more expensive and the discounts have been reduced.
We therefore advise you to leave your tariff as it is now. 
The only option would be to get your own router and send the current rental router back to us, which would save you €5.99 a month in rental fees for the router.

Hello, i would not be switching to a lower  tarif as at the moment I am paying for 50 mb , so no change there.As far as I understood from november on, there won't be a discount of 10 euros anymore. At the momen I am paying 51 euros and after that it would be what? 61 euros or more.

If there is no other option for me , I would be then checking other internet providers.

One last question, is my mobile tariff bound to my home internet contract?

Your €10 Combi discount is unlimited and continues after the minimum contract period, so you can keep everything as it is. Your contract can be cancelled monthly at the end of the minimum contract period. Is everything clear or do you have any questions?

Even after the minimum contract period has expired, you will still only pay €28.84 including router rental. Do you now have all the information you need about your contract?
