Hi! I have an O2 Free M Online subscription and the internet on my phone works very badly for me. When I need more internet it doesn't work… LTE..What to do? Thank you for the answers!

Did you already check in the network-settings of your phone if you have activated LTE or 4G?
Did you have a look in our online livecheck? Do you see there any connection-issues?
I hope that you find the reason for this low connection.

Can you tell us a bit more about connection problems?
Have you experienced it only at specific locations or wasn’t it location based?
Did you receive a sms which mentioned crossing over your data limit?

Hi! The problem is not based on location, the internet connection is very poor wherever I am, although I did not exceed the data limit.
