I have a 2 yreas O2 S free Boost contract. Recently I was outside of Germany in a EU member country and I was unable to use data (internet) but was able to call.
Can you let me know what could be the possible reason.

Welcome to our o2 Community.
I have checked your simcard, roaming is not blocked you should be able to use your phone outside of Germany in an EU country
If the internet won’t work please check your smartphone, mobile data roaming must be activated and most important please check the network settings,
the APN must be “internet” without the APN internet or any other APN its not possible to access the internet via international roaming.
