Internet connection not working well

Hi, my internet connection is not working well.
Checking the network status page, it says it should work perfectly, but it isn't.
I used to download at least 40/50 Mb/s, now at 2 Mb/s.

    Have you provided your complete address in LiveCheck? Could you tell me your zip code and if necessary a cross street to your address? Then I'll take a look at it!
