Insuffucient credit but i have it


I am trying to buy my data for the month on my PrePaid tariff but everytime i try to purchase it, it does not work as it says i do not have sufficient funds in my bank. 

 

However, I have the money in my bank but it still will not work. 

 

What can I do about this?

How did you try to buy your data-pack? You have to recharge your prepaid-credit first.

has the booking worked out in the meantime? If so, what was the problem? Were the deposited bank data wrong or did you really not have enough credit on the card? We would be pleased to receive your feedback. 🙂
